[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 9-17

Hello All,

It was a very strange morning here as the Japanese "big guns" were strangely weak, but several Chinese (led by the new powerhouse on 603 kHz) were as strong as ever. The Koreans were somewhat in between, with some fair signals like 558-HLQH and the 1053-Jammer but others like 603-HLSA and 1566-HLAZ missing in action. 1575-VOA Thailand had fair signals as well, but at least here, the Japanese NHK stations almost seemed to have fallen off of a cliff. The best 3 TP signals this morning were all from Mainland China-- the first time that has ever happened here

558 HLQH Fair music in KPQ splatter around 1305
594  JOAK  Tokyo, Japan  The only Japanese to reach decent audio this morning;
                      fair male conversation at 1313
603 Hulun Buir, China Strong Chinese YL speech at 1327; the best TP signal of
                      the morning  http://www.mediafire.com/?kj0m6ll70fvw3py
639 CNR1 China Synchros 1+1 time pips at 1330, followed by fanfare and good

657 Pyongyang N. Korea Muffled YL tirades in the noise at 1339
