Patrick, I can tell you for a fact that KTIB doesn't always drop power.  Case in point...



  
  640  KTIB  LA Thibodaux - 2/13 0202 - Good, over WWLS, with ending of Led Zeppelin warhorse "Stairway To Heaven", then  
         a canned ID: "...KTIB, Thibodaux, a (inaudible) Broadcasting station", then into Bob Dylan's immortal "Like A Rolling 
         Stone".  Musta been on the day rig.  (RD-NE1)

 I'd be willing to put 3-1 odds on Dennis' mystery station being KTIB.
