[IRCA] Station Under KFI 640

While listening to Bill Handle on KFI at 5:13-5:19 AM PDT a station underneath KFI was playing the Chicago song "Saturday in the Park" At 5:20 AM PDT the Roy Orbison song "Pretty Woman was playing. KFI's signal was S-9+50 db and unknown station came up nearly equal when KFI signal faded at times. KGVW is religious and A index was at 28.  KTIB LA is listed in NRC log as Oldies, sunrise there is 6:43 AM CDT and that would be 30 minutes after local sunrise in LA. Any ideas on the station playing Oldies? Thanks in advance.
