I imagine Gary had very good X Band reception this morning. Here, hets 
across the whole band and X Band produced audio on 1629--poor for 
several minutes, man talking in foreign language, sounded Spanish to my 
untrained ears but doubt it was that. 1314 utc. Carriers noted on 1629: 
-61 Hz, -24 Hz, -4 Hz, +43 Hz.
