[IRCA] WQMD 554 Sandy, OR TIS/HARS New Station

At 2:15 PM PDT 1660 kHz WQMD 554 Sandy, OR is being heard here with a fair signal.  Only antenna to pick up the signal is the Sky wire loop.  Running a similar tape loop that I heard when in Sandy Saturday.  New station here in Kalama.  No sign of the NOAA broadcast that had been previously heard.
