[IRCA] NE Oregon TPs, Wednesday

MW high band was unusually good for Down Under reception this morning. 
And best on the short 400' N/S wire. Signals peaked around 1205 utc and 
all audio was gone along with most hets by 1215 utc. Few hets and if 
any, very weak, below about 1300 kHz today.
1503 very poor/poor DU first noted 1136
1548 very poor/poor DU talk 1153
1566 very poor/poor DU talk 1154; weak 1158, phone call interviews, 
"first electric train in the Southern Hemisphere, in Australia in the 
1890's"; 1200 TOH, 6 same-tone pips, into news of flooding in Australia, 
"1000 in Brisbane". Weak/medium on peaks, best audio of any channel 
heard this morning.

1629 very poor DU talk 1145; several stations, music, talk 1204
1674 EE R&R music, very poor/poor 1205
1701 middle-eastern vocal music, very poor/poor 1207, 1212
