[IRCA] NE Oregon TPs, Monday

The solar activity yesterday stirred some things up. Many mid to high 
band MW hets this morning. The expanded band channels, some had multiple 
hets--unusual to note, at least for me. Not much audio on any of them 
though, and very poor.
1503 very poor DU audio talk, 1149 utc, seemed like several stations; 
1629 very poor DU talk, 1154 utc, 1216 utc, also seemed like several 
ststions; 738 with M/F talk, maybe Tahiti just can't tell for sure, best 
channel with poor level at times, 1200, 1206 utc; 1593 very poor talk, 
too weak to tell language 1215 utc; 1701 very poor, also seemed like 
several stations, 1217 utc.
LWBC Rossii 180 and 279 both very poor/poor 1116 utc.
No sign of the 1725 PNG beacon today.
