Stations dropping off at local sunrise 1335 utc.  Two unknown stations on
1386 & 1575 heard this morning.  Conditions are really improving  now. 

153     RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1251-1254 weak signal with music.
180     RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1255 fair signal with music.
279     RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1257 weak signal with music.
594     JAPAN, JOAK NHK 1 1259 weak signal with woman in Japanese.
774     JAPAN, JOUB NHK 2 1307 good signal with man in Japanese.
828     JAPAN, JOBB NHK 2 1327 fair signal with English Radio Conversation program.
1386   UNKNOWN 1320-1323 piano music slow song.  Not // to NHK 2 network.
1503   JAPAN, JOUK NHK 1 1332-1334  fair signal with woman/man in Japanese.
1566   REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1309fair signal with man in Japanese.
1575   THAILAND, VOA 1311-1318 good signal with woman in Vietnamese (PALs)
           and over DU? station with fast talking male announcer.  Maybe the Australian
           Italian station 2RF?
