[IRCA] TP's for Saturday 04/07/12

 The only station enhanced by dawn enhancement was HLAZ 1566, the other stations dropped
signal strength fast.  Russia on 648 was the surprise of the morning producing a good signal.
Only HLAZ above 828 kHz.  Sounded like 2RN with man in English briefly around 1318, then
faded out.  Probably a good morning out at the Coast.  

153      RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1309--1314 good signal with man in Russian then jazz music.
279      RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1315 excellent signal with jazz.
576      AUSTRALIA?, 2RN? 1318-1320 weak signal, man speaking English with heavy splatter from 580.
            Checked channel latter on many times and nothing.
594      JAPAN, JOAK NHK 1 1322 weak signal and splatter with man in Japanese. 
639      CHINA? checked with channel many times this morning, but only a level 5 carrier at best.  splatter from KFI.
648      RUSSIA, VOR 1324-1326 good signal with woman in Chinese? Best signal ever for this station here.
666      JAPAN, JOBK NHK 1 1328 weak signal with a lot of splatter.
693      JAPAN, JOAB NHK 2 1329 good signal with man in Japanese.
774      JAPAN, JOUB NHK 2 1330 good signal with splatter from KTTH 770.  Man in Japanese.
828      JAPAN, JOBB NHK 2 1322 poor signal.  Fair signal at 1336 with man in Japanese.
1566    REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1342 fair signal at sunrise with Chinese.
