[IRCA] New Log, 670 WWFE

One new log last night on the PL-310

670- WWFE Miami FL, 0000 Eastern, all alone on the frequency, no sign
of Chicago, Spanish light pop mx, "This is WWFE AM 670 Miami, Florida"
EE IDs repeated twice at midnight Eastern.  Good signal, auroral
conditions?

ULR log 832 and log 1002 for the overall log.
