A check of the dials at 0845 utc.  No audio on MW, 828 kHz had a level 4 carrier (het).

180    RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 0845 weak with music and then some Russian talk.
279    RUSISA, Radio Rossii 0848 fair with woman singing.
