[IRCA] CKMO 900 Victoria sign off

Continuing to listen to CKMO this morning, they finally announced when
they're pulling the plug tomorrow:  They announced "midnight Sunday".  This
then, should be, therefore, 08:00 UTC (midnight Pacific time) on 5 March
2012.  I suggest that you listen for CW IDs, etc!  ....Walt Salmaniw,
