[IRCA] NE Oregon TPs, Friday
Very poor conditions lately. The new Idaho station on 890 is signing on
much earlier now too, noted on around 1425 utc this morning.
No audio yesterday at all; today had very poor audio briefly on an odd one,
1665 with what sounded like Asian language. WRTH says only Australia is
there. Heard at 1433 utc. 1674 had a weaker het too.
1710 with the SS station doing well this morning for awhile, sounded like a
man preaching 1435 utc, poor/weak No sign of the Seattle Russian lately.
LWBC 153 and 279 a little better today, after 1400 utc.
