[IRCA] NE Oregon, Friday TPs
Started out with lots of low band hets but only one or two reaching audio;
then shifting to mid/high band. 1566 HLAZ unusually good, briefly strong
enough to lock on the R75's modified sync-AM. Everything gone by 1450 utc.
693 very poor/poor Asian 1432
891 very poor/poor DU, 5AN presumed 1433
1566 HLAZ weak at peak 1445
1575 VOA presumed, poor 1438
LWBC Rossii 153 and 279 both poor 1342
