It should have disappeared at about 9:25 Eastern time. My friend is their Chief Engineer and I was on the phone when he called up the remote control at KHMO, lowering power and changing to proper pattern.

They were accidentally stuck on day power/pattern after the power change
 computer locked up. They are on night power and pattern now
