[IRCA] Badly Distorted Signal on 1600khz

At 03 30 CST a strong pulsing/popping signal is again
heard on 1600khz.  Sounds like a rapidly pulsing
jammer, splattering from 1590 to 1610.

It has
been suggested that this is possibly WAOS Austell, Ga with
a horribly distorted signal.  Their normally
heard SS program is not present  when this
distortion is heard.

This is the third time I
have heard this.  Loop bearing is always the same,
SE/NW.
