[IRCA] TP's for Thursday evening 01/12/12

Some late evening TP's heard.  

153     RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 0643 weak signal with man in Russian.
180     RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 0642 poor signal with some audio getting through.
189     RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 0641 very weak signal with woman talking.
279     RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 0640 weak signal with man in Russian.
774     JAPAN, JOUB NHK 2? 0623 weak signal briefly with talk then faded into the
           splatter.  Could not make out language.  Not yet sunset in Japan either.
