[IRCA] Radio Rossii 0550 utc 189

Tuned 189 and heard Radio Rossii with music at 0550 utc.  Location give
at DX information web site is Blagoveshchensk, Amur Oblast, Russia.  
It's about 460 miles inland from the Pacific ocean.  A large tower is 
East of town just North of a highway bridge over a river.  The shadow of the 
tower is visible on Google earth.
