[IRCA] TP's for Monday 12/26/11

Listened for a few minutes just before sunrise.  Lower channels
were just carriers without audio.

1566     REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1545 weak signal with talk.
1575     THAILAND, VOA 1552 very weak with man in Asian language.
