[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 18 Dec 2011

Once again the upper band shone, while the lower end didn't do much. 
Today's audio:

693 -  Japan, good
774 -  Japan, good
828 -  Japan, fair
873 -  Japan, very weak with talk in Japanese at 1507
1377 - China, CNR1,  reached weak audio at 1458
1557 -  Family Radio, Taiwan, Christian talk in English, first noted at 
1457.  Has been quite consistent the last several days, after being MIA 
for most of the season.
1566 - Korea, up to fair audio by 1503
1575 - Thailand, VOA, reached weak audio level at 1503
1593-  China CNR1, the best audio of the morning. Already coming in when 
I got to the dials at 1454.   Suffered QRM from NHK at times.
1602- NHK Japan. Once again doing quite well, into audio by 1456.  After 
1500 it was the best NHK signal on the entire band.

Didn't get a chance to report yesterday, but it was a similar story, 
though signals were a bit lower yesterday.
