[IRCA] TP's for Thursday 12/15/11

Conditions really dropped from yesterday morning.  No Dawn 
enhancement this morning.  Included some tropical band stations
heard this morning, all DU and nothing from Asia on Tropical
band.  Solar Indices SF=132 A=1 K=0 with no storms observed or
predicted.  

153    RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1459 weak signal with man in Russian.
189    RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1500 very weak signal with pips, then off       
          the air.
774    JAPAN, JOUB NHK 2 1504 fair signal with man in Japanese.
828    JAPAN, JOBB NHK 2 1503 fair signal with man in Japanese.
1566  REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1505-1509 very weak signal during
          this period with man in Chinese.  + 1518 fair signal with man in Chinese.
2310  AUSTRALIA, Alice Springs 1523-1524 threshold at times.
2035  AUSTRALIA, Tennant Creek 1513-1522 weak signal with man/woman
          talking.   
2485  AUSTRALIA, Katherine 1523-1526 very weak signal with music.
