[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 10 Dec 2011

   Another day similar to the past two.     The lower end of the dial 
was almost devoid of anything TP, with only a few weak carriers.  Once 
again all the strongest carriers were on the upper end of the band, but 
only 1566 Korea and 1575 VOA Thailand crossed the audio threshold this 
morning.   Both were fair, but only for a brief period around 1500.
