Again, just weak TA carriers this evening in Victoria BC

783 (well, at 0440UT, it was actually building in strength, then 
faded suddenly; just one carrier per Spectran)
855 (SAH; at least 5 carriers)
963 (2 carriers)
999 (SAH; 2 carriers)
1008 (2 carriers)
1215 (4 carriers)
1269 (4 carriers; strongest one at 1268.974 (nothing in mwoffsets list)
