153       RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1340-1345 fair signal with music and talk.
189       RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1346 fair with pop music.
279       RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1347 fair with pop music.
558       JAPAN, JOCR 1429 weak signal with man in Japanese.
585       UNKNOWN, 1430-1433 faint audio for a few seconds then faded.
594       JAPAN, JOAK NHK1 1348 fair with man in Japanese.
603       REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLSA 1349-1350 assuming the station with
             poor rapid fading signal.
693       JAPAN, JOAB NHK2 1408 weak signal with woman in Japanese.
774       JAPAN, JOUB NHK2 1351-1353 from carrier to good signal in two minutes.
828       JAPAN, JOBB NHK2 1354-1355 weak signal with woman singing.
1566     REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1356-1401 about a minutes worth of weak audio
            audio then back to carrier.
1575    THAILAND, VOA 1421 poor audio with man in Asian language.
