[IRCA] Audio from 783

As I was typing the morning TP report, in came Mauritania on 783 at around
03:40 with mumbly audio by a YL, and // to the SW frequency of 7245 (which
has really dropped compared to a couple of hours ago).  At times 783 is
stronger.  Nice to hear something TA!  .........Walt Salmaniw, Victoria, BC
