[IRCA] TP for 20 Oct 2011 from Victoria: Decent Asian morning

Listened this morning between 13:36 and 14:26 and noticed conditions were
decent over the bottom half of the band towards Asian.  Nothing much in the
top half.  SF 147, A 4, K (12:00) 0.  Minor space weather storms past 24
hours, and none predicted for next 24 hours.  "6" as always unless noted.

567:  7 level NHK1 at 13:52

603:  8 level music at 13:48.  Probably KK
