[IRCA] TP's for Monday 09/26/11

No MW stations with audio until 1334.  Unknown station on 792 with man singing
with weak in and out signal for about 13 minutes.  Of course signal faded out a little
before 1400.  No audio above 1287 kHz.  Strange morning for MW stations from Asia.


153RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1253-1255 good signal with music and a little static.
180           RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1256 weak with music.
189           RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1257 good with music.
279           RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1333 very weak with music.  
603           REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLSA 1334 very weak with woman talking.
666           JAPAN, JOBK 1336 assuming the station with bits of audio coming through,
693           JAPAN, JOAB 1338 fair with woman talking in Japanese.  1405 good with English
                 Conversation lessons.  Best signal from this NHK2 station this season,  
774           JAPAN, JOUB 1344 good with woman in Japanese.
792           UNKNOWN 1345-1349 fair signal with man singing.  Music sounded near Eastern.
                 Faded out at 1349.5 and back weak at 1351 with man singing another song.  Unknown
                 language.  1357 signal weak with more music.  Faded out at 1357.5. Gone 1400.
828           JAPAN, JOBB 1353 very weak with woman in Japanese.  Fair at 1407.
891           THAILAND, 1354 sounds like three stations here.  Station with music seems like it could be
                Thailand,  Other two probably Australia:?
1287         JAPAN, JOHR 1402 probably the station with very weak signal.
