[IRCA] TP DX in Seattle today

Conditions today were much improved over yesterday, with several 
stations producing decent audio, especially the top tier powerhouses.

As usual, I made an unattended overnight recording of the band and 
listened mainly to the portion from  1300-1350.  Signals seemed to peak 
at about 1340 this morning with nice audio from HLAZ and a couple of the 
high powered NHK stations.

Here's a summary of what I heard today:

Good signal - Audio fully understandable by a native speaker (at least 
briefly)
HLAZ 1566 - religious talk in JJ
JOBB 828  - unusually good
JOUB 774 - 1340 EE lessons, promo for Vegetarian cooking show in EE.  
Best signal of the morning.

Fair signal - Some words and phrases understandable by a native speaker
1053 - S Korea jammer, actually none of the words and phrases are ever 
understandable from this one, but you get the idea
972 - KBS fair KK talk
747  - fair //774 etc, weaker than expected, compared to 774 & 828
594 - Japan

Weak audio - recognizable program content but not good enough to understand
VOA 1575 - weak talk
1476 weak talk, probably China
1287 - Japan
1206 - China in KK, would've been better without the splatter
936 - China
864 - unid
837 - unid talk
756 - China
693 - Japan, too much CBU

Carriers more than 10db above the noise
