[IRCA] WHP 580 QSL

QSL in the mail today from WHP 580 for their non
directional coverage of flooding on 9/8 and 9/9.  My
prepared postcard came back and a WHP/WTKT Card from Clear
Channel Radio.  VS is Ops Mgr R. Harris
W3HP. 

Now have 4 three letter calls
verified from PA.
