[IRCA] TP's for Sunday 08/28/11

Russian Radio Rossii stations were heard on 153, 180, 189, 234
& 279 kHz.  234 had a fair signal, others had good signals.  MW
reception pick up with 6 stations heard.

594     Japan, JOAK 1255 weak with man in Japanese.
774     Japan, JOUB 1257 weak with a lot of splatter., 
828     Japan, JOBB 1310 weak with man in Japanese.
1566   Republic of Korea, HLAZ good.  S-9 at 1316 with
            choir singing.
1575   Thailand, 1305 weak.
1593    China, CRN1 with with man in Chinese.
