[IRCA] WXCT 990 Southington, CT

Just curious.  Is anyone in the NE hearing WXCT 990 in Southington, CT.
They have been known in the past to cheat, and it sure sounds like they have
been the last few nights.  They have been heard here in SE PA this week,
which shouldn't be if they are operating legally.  I've gotten several calls
about it.  Thanks.
