100's will be phased out by the end of this year. I believe that 75's and 60's will go by then end of 2013, and 40's in 2014. I don't see that you have until 2018. So far I've not noted anything about smaller wattages and/or other types of bulbs. My house uses a lot of candle-type bulbs. As those don't last as long as standard-sized bulbs, I've stocked up on those.
