[IRCA] [Fwd: [NRC-AM] Kitchner 570]

CKGL 570 pattern has been out of wack for several months. 
Noted on February 11th with strong signal dominating the
channel.  Also heard on that day an announcenemt on
the air from the PD that they were in the process of installing new
towers and transmitter, and to expect service interruptions. 
Even bagged a QSL from them.

They were recently heard in
Tennessee.

No details.. 570 Kitchner.. Normally
10 Kw day and 5 kw nite, with a 
big lobe NORTH. 

Something went south with the array and they are 5Kw non da day
and 1 
kw non da nite at present. 

I understand its
battling WKBN north of Youngstown along the lake shore.
