The Columbian our local newspaper here in Vancouver, WA, news of the format
change for KKOV from adult standards to talk format.  KKOV will be calling
themselves "Vancouver's Talk Station."  With studios in Southeast Portland
there was no response from Pamplin Media Group to the question if any staff 
would be located in Vancouver, WA.
