[IRCA] RE distorted audio on 1590 and 1610

[amdxer@xxxxxxxx]

Unidentified station on 1600khz (I suspect) that is splattering
distorted audio on 1590 LSB and 1610 USB is there again tonight just
waiting to be identified!

I can send anyone a short clip
of this horrible sounding mess, just let me know.
