[IRCA] South Asian on 1090 - can anyone in the Detroit area give this a listen?

This was in fairly well at times, but of course when TOH came around it faded down. So no IDs. That said, I am prepared to rule out KULF TX, because the signal was just too consistent for 250 (daytime) watts. I tried to get into its web stream but had trouble, even though this worked for me a few days ago in Toronto. I'm guessing this is WCAR Livonia MI, as others have suggested this as a likely candidate. But this doesn't seem to fit their (supposed) Catholic format.

Anyhow, this South Asian music, a bit Bollywood'ish, stands out well on 1090 for anyone wanting to chase it. I'm getting in mainly between 2000-2100. WTAM has removed its IBOC, either temporarily or permanently, making 1090 much more DXable.
