It's an excellent movie - the acting is splendid and the story is
fascinating.
I'm told that the scenes that feature what appears to be a BBC
transmitting station, with long rows of racks full of meters and such,
each topped with the name of an area of the British empire, is actually
the historic Battersea power-generating station, and I rather doubt that
the scene near the very beginning that purports to be inside a BBC
studio looks much like a real studio - it's all marble walls, which
would have made for one echoey broadcast.
But that's just nitpicking; there are indeed lots of nice vintage radios
to be seen!
