[IRCA] 1710 pirate?

Checking 1710 before bed, a station playing nonstop oldies, R&R, with fading 
but good on peaks. Several songs so far, nonstop. Just missed the TOH check, 
not staying up. 0805-0812 listened. Audio is very good, for a presumed 
pirate. Nothing heard for Puget Sound station.
