[IRCA] Country #103 Heard from Cape Cod

FINALLY heard BBC R. Ulster-1341 poor but clearly parallel to webstream via delicast.com 2158-2203 UTC Nov 19  with rock music, local BBC news at 2200 UTC with separate stories on 2 Belfast men arrested for rape & child pornography; clear "BBC Radio Ulster" at 2203 UTC and back to rock music.  Northern Ireland is Country #103 heard from Cape Cod - have been chasing this one for years.  With BBC-693 & 909 kHz both in well, I decided to give 1341 a shot and was finally rewarded.
