At 1020-1030, JOUB-774 is being heard here in North Alabama at the Monte Sano DXpedition at Monte Sano State Park in Huntsville, Alabama.  Woman talking in Japanese, fairly steady signal for a few minutes. 



Good TP carriers also noted on 747 and 693.
