A mediocre morning at best. Asiatic TP's practically died out at 1400Z, only to stage a modest comeback with dawn enhancement on the 1425Z sampling. LWBC Russians were best at 1259Z and went downhill from there. No Alaskans noted this morning..
Times sampled: 1259Z, 1335Z, 1359Z, 1425Z for 1 to 3 minutes each using Perseus.
The following heard in audio:
153 R. Rossii Komsomolsk (Russia) Good at 1259Z (best LWBC this morning)
189 R. Rossii Belogorsk (Russia) Good at 1259Z
279 R. Rossii Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk (Russia) Fair at 1259Z
594 JOAK Tokyo NHK1 (Japan) Good at 1259Z, Poor to absent at other times
603 HLSA Namyang (S Korea) Fair at 1425Z, not in audio earlier
693 JOAB NHK2 Tokyo (Japan) Poor at 1335Z, otherwise not in audio
774 JOIB Akita NHK2 (Japan) Fair a 1335Z, otherwise poor
972 HLCA Dangjin (S. Korea) Poor at 1300Z and 1425Z
981 CNR-1 (China) presumed Fair at 1300Z
1566 HLAZ (S Korea) Poor at 1300Z
