[IRCA] Oklahoma TP's 10/22/10 - or lack thereof

Based on yesterday's loggings I was expecting better this morning.  Oh, was I disappointed.
Between 1211 and 1250 UTC, I heard carriers with no audio on 558, 702, 774, 792, 828, and possibly 1566.  Strongest signal was on 702 kHz with only slight KHSE 700 slop.  There was no signal enhancement sunrise.  Receiver: Modifiied Tecsun PL-310 with 7.5-inch loopstick.
