[IRCA] WBGW-1590 DX test makes it - Central Penna

Did an overnight recording on the Perseus during a mini-DXpedition at Don
Moore's parent's home in Bellefonte, PA. Nothing heard until 0533 UTC, when
the bugle calls "Reveille" and "Charge" came through the jumble on the
frequency. Up to that point the only ID heard was WKTP. Not surprised
with the results since we were using a 900' BOG pointed toward Europe, so WI
would be almost 90 degrees off the beam of the antenna.

New station, very happy to hear it, and thanks to those who put on the test
and publicized it.
