Pre LSS mix is inevitable in areas east of the flats in Delta and Richmond where 
most of the Vancouver Tx sites are since all other cities including Van , 
Burnaby,Surrey etc. are all fairly rough in topography which reduces the signal 
strength in that direction.There are probably some weak signal pockets in and 
around Burnaby,Coquitlam, etc.Bill in BC
