[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 10-8

Hello All,

Asiatic conditions here this morning could best be described as low
average, with the "big gun" Japanese, Koreans, Russian (648) and Chinese (639 and
738) doing fairly well, but the second-tier TP's struggling to make audio.
Like Walt, Dennis and Richard, I found this morning's TP propagation to be
less than thrilling, and a shade down from yesterday's already modest
level.

The Chinese "big guns" (which don't seem to sound so big for other DXers)
had decent signals again, with 639-CNR1 coming in fairly well at the 1400
TOH (with either a weak co-channel, or a poorly-synchronized CNR! outlet),
and 738-BEL2 had a fair mix with HKLG around 1345. In contrast with
yesterday 936-Anhui struggled to stay in audio, though, and the presumed Chinese on
927 and 918 had threshold audio at best. The 1053-Korean Jammer was
vibrant, but 675-VOV failed to produce audio for the first time this month, a
sure sign that Asiatic conditions are struggling.

The following were heard on a C.Crane SWP Slider model (7.5" loopstick)
inductively coupled to a 9' sided PVC tuned passive loop (in the back yard):

558 UnID Threshold music at 1337, but too weak to check 603 //
585 JOPG Kushiro, Japan Poor Japanese talk around 1335 // 594
594 JOAK Tokyo, Japan Good Japanese interview program 1332
603 HLSA Namyang, S. Korea Poor strength music 1343, no CC
639 CNR1 China Synchros Fair-good at 1400 TOH, with CNR ID,
        musical fanfare and possible co-channel
