[IRCA] Today's TPs in Seattle

This was an unusual morning. The big gun NHK stations were way down in strength, as was HLAZ-1566. Chinese stations, on the other hand, were noticeably better than they had been. The Russian on 648 was also quite good. 



Hets were noted on several of my locals today. Of particular note were those from TPs on 819 1089 1251 1359 and 1458. The 1251 het was particularly strong and probably originated from the Voice of Russia Chinese service. I didn't think to check my strongest locals (710 880 and 1000) for hets, but they're probably worth a shot later in the season. I heard weak hets once or twice on 711 and 999 last season, but KIXI-880 pretty much wipes out all hope for anything on 882.
