[IRCA] Ice Road Truckers OT

Watching Ice Road Truckers on History and they showed Michael Dukes on
KFAR 660 doing weather for the interior of Alaska.  KFAR used to be
common in the Winter back in the 60s & early 70s. Ah, the good ol' days.
