No, most likely WTRU, Kennersville, NC, 50/10, DA-2, Rel.  I've heard `em on late w/day power a time or two and they are in the eastern part of the state so likely on for EBS,   When they are on full power late they blow WCCO away around here.

I had only a few minutes last night to roll through the band, looking
for EBS stations for Hurricane Earl.  830 had a REL station competing
with WCCO.  They had a spot for joining the "Coffee Club,' including a
musical "jingle" of the Percolator song (maybe the Ventures version).
Cortland, OH again?
