Thanks for the report of the DX action from Victoria this morning,
Nick.
This morning at Lincoln City, Oregon, the TP and DU propagation
dropped
off somewhat in comparison to the previous two days, but there was
still some
lively action on 531 kHz (with three DU stations mixing), 594-NZ Rhema
dominant over 3WV (and // 648) and the two NZ National Radio
stations on 567
and 675 kHz fairly strong. 576-2RN had some unusual strength, and
639-Radio
Fiji One was at a nice level. By contrast the upper band seemed
very anemic,
and the Radio Rossii LW TP's (153, 180, 189, 234 and 279 kHz) were
nowhere
near as strong as yesterday.
Guy Atkins is still DXing at an Oregon beach 50 miles to the south
(and we
haven't yet compared notes), so it will be very interesting to read
what
his DXing results are with his Perseus SDR and (hopefully) a beverage
antenna strung near the coast.
