Re: [IRCA] 690 French Saskatchewan

Recently it has been competing well here in Seattle with 690 out of
Vancouver.  I finally heard a "CBC Premiere Saskatchewan" or words to that
effect last week (have to check the recording...), although they often
mention "CBC" and/or "Canada", especially on the hour.  I wonder if their
pattern destabilized due to a transmitter fault?  I don't recall them
being that prominent before.  At any rate, good stuff!
